GTS Heat Spreader is a thermal conductive sheetwith high thermal conductivity and high flexibility. GTS Heat Spreader AdvancedComposite Materials thermal interface pad is made from carbon fiber, carbonnano-powder and graphite synthesized by a special process with complexstructure of nano-composite materials. Itis ideal for providing thermal management/heat-sinking in limited spaces or toprovide supplemental heat-sinking in addition to conventional means. APPLICATION
GTS-30 graphite sheet has the characteristicsof high heat conductivity 500w/m-k. GTS graphite sheet is very thin whichallows for easy attachment to a variety of heat sink or component surfaces.Apply to heat sink, position the pad and press in place onto the heat sink. TheGTS graphite is in flexibility, wide-range temperature.
