GEL3500AB is a thermally conductive, liquid gap filling material,curing to a soft, highly thermally conductive, form-in-place elastomer atroom or elevated temperatures. GEL3500AB possesses excellentstructural applicability and ultra-conforming property,   as well as fills thegaps fully, for components such as a heat sink,   uneven ceramic or irregularcavity.

GEL3500AB is resistant to high voltage and has good thermostability,which allows its safety and reliability.

GEL3500AB flows under pressure like grease before cure and will notpump from the interface as a result of thermal cycling after cure. In addition,it can play the same role as the thermally conductive insulator after cure.
