synthetic graphite Soft Thermally conductive sheet has very highcompressibility compared to standard GTS, which enables reducing thethermal resistance by following gap,warpage and distortion oftargetssubstrates. Excellent heat resistance and reliability of the soft GTS helpobtaining longer service life and higher performance of various components,such as power modules. It possesses unique functions such as requiring lowcontact resistance and high thermalconductivity.   It can also function as aheatspreader for applications eliminating hot spots, shielding components andreducing skin temperature of electronic devices.
